Payment & Privacy
- All payments can be made securely online with the following Debit/Credit Cards: Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa.
- Your credit/debit card will not be charged until the goods have been dispatched.
- Zeto accepts cheques and postal orders for payment in £ Sterling, which should be made payable to 'Zeto' and sent to the address given below. All non-credit/debit card payments have to be cleared before an order is dispatched. All credit/debit card transactions are handled by independent third parties, who will never release your card details to Zeto or to any other party. Zeto uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions are private and protected as they travel across the internet. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of the Zeto website.
- Zeto will not pass on any of your details to any other party and the information you provide will only be used by those who process your order.
- Zeto accepts no liability which might arise from your use of any information or links contained on this web site.
- Zeto respects your privacy details and will never pass your information on to third parties.

Delivery
- Postage and packing are charged at £1.00 per order to UK addresses (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands). All items to UK addresses are sent Royal Mail First Class.
- For any European deliveries, postage costs are £2.95 for the first item and then £1.50 for each additional item. All European deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Airmail.
- For North American or other international deliveries, contact Zeto for postage costs, stating clearly the city and country where the items are to be delivered.
- If an item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 2 working days. If an item is not in stock, it will usually be dispatched between 5 to 7 working days from placement of order. In some cases, items are received from Zeto’s US suppliers and the deliveries, in this instance, could potentially take up to 21 working days. In most cases, if the items come from the US warehouse, Zeto will receive them approximately a week from the date of the order. You will be informed if there is a delay on your order, or if the item is currently on Back Order/Out of Stock.
- All orders will receive a receipt which will include all the information relating to the order.
- Zeto is not liable for any late deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, industrial action, bad weather).
Ordering
- Orders can be placed either directly through the website or over the telephone. If you would like to place a telephone order, please call us on 01296 330152.
- All offers are subject to availability, and every effort is made to ensure prices are correct at the time of an item going live on the website. If there is an error made, Zeto reserves the right to change the price without notice. All prices include VAT where applicable.
- Zeto reserves the right to cancel a contract if the items ordered are unable to be provided. If an order is cancelled you will receive an e-mail, and your account will be credited the sum which was deducted for your items. This will be done within 14 days. Please be aware that as your card is not debited until the dispatching of your item(s), this is highly unlikely to ever occur.
- If you pay by cheque and an order has to be cancelled we will destroy the cheque
- All items paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the funds have been cleared in our bank account.
- You will receive an email confirming your order and order number. Please keep this in a safe place.

Refunds & Returns
- Every effort is made to ensure you receive the product you want in its original condition.
- If you receive any items you did not order
- Please contact Zeto immediately by phone (01296 330152) or email to inform us of the error and of the condition of the items.
- The items (including a copy of the invoice) should be repackaged and returned to the address below in their original condition.
- You will receive a full refund for any reasonable postage and packing costs incurred in returning the item to Zeto.
- A charge will be made for any items that are not returned in their original condition as posted by Zeto.
- If you receive any items that are damaged or faulty:
- Please contact Zeto immediately by phone (01296 330152) or email to inform us of the damage/fault. This will help ensure a replacement item will be sent as soon as possible.
- The damaged or faulty items should be repackaged and returned to the address below within 7 days of receipt, using the Royal Mail Signed For service.
- Your replacement item(s) will not be sent until the original damaged or faulty goods have been received by Zeto
- You will receive a full refund for any reasonable postage and packing costs incurred in returning the item to Zeto.
- If you ordered any items in error:
- The items you wish to return should be repackaged and returned to the address below within 7 days of you receiving them and in their original condition.
- Please include a copy of the invoice in the return package.
- Zeto cannot refund any postage or packing costs incurred by you to return unwanted items.
- It is recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for such returns.
- Zeto will refund the original selling price of any items ordered in error only after the returned items have been received.
- If you would like to order any replacement items, please do so as outlined above.
- All returned items should be returned with a copy of the invoice and a note stating the reason for return to:

Pricing Policy
- The management of Zeto reserve the right to alter charges without prior notice.
- If you have paid for an advertising space with us, and the duration of your advert is 28 days or less, you will not be subject to any charge increases.
- If you have paid for an advertising space with us, and the duration of your advert is 29 days or more, you may be subject to a charge increase after the initial 28 day period has lapsed and for every 28 period thereafter.
Cancellation
- Should you wish to cancel your contract for advertising with Zeto, please contact us in writing to inform us of your decision.
- You will be charged for cancellation on a daily basis from the date of writing.
- All unused days of your agreed advert duration, will be charged at 50% of the original daily rate as agreed.
Space Management
- Advertising space cannot be reserved. It must be booked for and payment must be received on booking.
- All advertising space will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
- Zeto management reserves the right to invite particular parties to advertise as appropriate.
- Zeto management reserves the right to decline any individual or company the opportunity to advertise on the website at their own discretion.
