Joanne is best known as lead singer for Iona, but here she
sings a beautiful collection of hymns - Celtic style.

The idea for this album began with Joanne's father who had
been very moved by Iona's recording of 'When I Survey' and
he suggested that Joanne should record a complete album of
hymns. Celtic Hymns - Looking Into Light features fellow Iona
musicians past and present including: Dave Bainbridge, Troy,
Phil Barker, Frank van Essen, Nick Beggs, Terl Bryant and Dave
Fitzgerald. The album runs to more than an hour of listening
and paints a beautiful musical landscape of worship and inspiration.
